Venture House Clubhouse seeks Program Director
Venture House, is an innovative psychiatric rehabilitation program based on the ICCD Clubhouse model. We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, creative individual for the Program Director position for our Clubhouse. The Program Director is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the Clubhouse program, which is composed of four work units, 13 staff and 250 active members. The Program Director’s responsibilities also include complying with government and contract requirements related to program operations and services and maintaining ICCD Clubhouse Certification.
Flexibility and belief in rehabilitation and recovery are essential. Experience in mental health program management and supervision required. Clubhouse experience is a plus. A master’s degree in social work, psychology, rehabilitation or other human service degree is required.
Venture House provides a comprehensive benefits package. The salary for this position is in the 50-60K range. Venture House operates 7 days a week and staff rotate evening and weekend hours.
