Prime Time House seeks Program Manager

Program: Prime Time House
Position: Executive Director
Location: Litchfield County, CT

Overview:

Prime Time House is a non-profit community based organization in Litchfield County, CT. Its mission is to assist adults with serious mental illness find pathways back to independence and productivity. The clubhouse program has been in existence and ICCD accredited since 1988.

Responsibilities:

Strong comprehensive knowledge and application of the ICCD Standards and model
Supervision of staff
Maintaining accreditation through the ICCD
Meet contractual guidelines and statistics as required by the State of Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction (DMHAS), the primary funding source
Manage relations with State and public entities and community providers to enhance community collaborations that will benefit Prime Time House and its membership.
Ability to motivate, mentor, and support members and staff
Oversee Clubhouse budget in collaboration with the Executive Director
Understanding of psychiatric disabilities and their impact on recovery

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate would have three-week Clubhouse training, three years or more experience working in a Clubhouse setting, and previous supervisory experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant human service field required, Master’s Degree preferred.
Must have valid driver’s license and no criminal background.
