Location: Worcester, Massachusetts

Summary

Genesis Club, a nationally recognized rehabilitation center for people with psychiatric disabilities is seeking two qualified full time staff to join our team. Candidates should possess an understanding of serious mental illness,
a passion for excellence, positive attitude and enjoy multi-tasking. The positions are in the business and snack shop/maintenance units of the Clubhouse.

Responsibilities

• Working individually with people striving towards independent housing
• Working side by side with members daily
• Organizing and engaging others in work of the unit
• Overseeing employment placements in Worcester
• Assisting our members to pursue quality of life goals such as jobs, school, tenancies and healthy lifestyles

Additional Informatiom

• Compensation: 29K plus benefits
