GENESIS CLUB INC. seeks Senior Employment Staff

Position:        Senior Employment Staff
Department: Genesis Club Inc.

Genesis Club is looking for an energetic Clubhouse person to work cooperatively with Genesis members and staff.  The position is centered within the Career Development Unit that is responsible for Transitional, Support and Independent Employment and Clubhouse Supported Education.

Responsibilities:

• Participating as an Employment Management Team member in the Career Development Unit of Genesis Club
• Have oversight for the Transitional Employment System, Job Development and Contract Management
• Some employment training with International Clubhouse Colleagues

Requirements:
The preferred candidate will have Clubhouse experience, job development experience and contract management experience with the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission.  A bachelors or master degree in a related field is also preferred.  But most importantly, the ideal candidate should have a passion for supporting those with mental illness to achieve their employment and career goals.

Additional Information:

Salary is in the mid thirties with a liberal benefit package.  The Genesis Club is an ICCD Certified Clubhouse, an International Clubhouse Training Center and a founding member of the Massachusetts Clubhouse Coalition.
