Location: Greeley, Colorado

Summary

Frontier House seeks Program Director for International Clubhouse Model program under the auspice of   North Range Behavioral Health in Greeley, Colorado. 

Responsibilities

  • Supervises and engages staff in providing recovery based services to adults with mental illness in obtaining vocational, educational, and other personal goals.
  • Includes working side-by-side with colleagues and utilizing feedback in the operation and development of the program. 
  • Assure program fidelity, conduct objective evaluations, and achieve accreditation by the International Center for Clubhouse Development. 
  • Plan and coordinate with other auspice agency management to ensure professional and culturally competent services are provided to all members.
  • Lead and actively work with a business advisory board to increase public awareness, develop business relationships, engage in fundraising and maintain Clubhouse budget.
  • Prepare and deliver verbal presentations to individuals and groups relating to mental health issues and education. 
  • Analyze data and prepare a variety of reports to assist with evaluating services, capacity, effective outcomes, and in response to state inquiries. 
  • Maintain and cultivate relationships on local, state, and national levels with organizations and individuals, including contract with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s preferred in a related Human Services field. 
  • Must have 4 years of Clubhouse experience.
  • Participation in a 2 or 3 week training at an ICCD Training Base preferred or commitment to engage in this process upon hiring.
  • All applicants are required to pass a background check and drug screen as part of the employment process.
  • Management experience a plus.
